What to Expect

This work is designed to meet you where you are—physically, emotionally, and neurologically.

You do not need to prepare, perform, or have language for what you are experiencing before you arrive. The session is responsive, not pre-scripted.

Beginning the Session

Each session begins with a brief check-in and intake review, followed by a grounding process using Aura-Soma Equilibrium bottles. You will be invited to select four bottles as a starting point for attunement and orientation. This step is included in all sessions.

From there, the hands-on work unfolds based on your body’s needs and nervous system state.

The Work

Sessions may include a combination of therapeutic bodywork, structural work, reflexology, sound, color-informed awareness, and embodied reflection.

Not every modality is used in every session. The work is guided moment to moment by what best supports regulation, release, and integration.

Some sessions are active and focused. Others may be subtle and quiet on the surface while still supporting significant internal shifts.

Integration & Aftercare

Deep shifts can occur during or after a session—physically, emotionally, or energetically. It is important to allow space for integration afterward, rather than immediately returning to overstimulation or high demand.

Supportive practices such as rest, hydration, and gentle awareness of your system are encouraged.

This work is one part of a larger healing ecosystem. Continued support through other modalities such as therapy, medical care, or additional somatic practices is often supportive of deeper integration and long-term change.

Responsibility & Engagement

This work is a collaborative, somatic experience in which you are an active participant. I do not position myself as a fixer or authority over your process, but as a facilitator of a grounded container where your system can engage its own intelligence and capacity for awareness.

Sessions may bring forward physical, emotional, or energetic material that is already present within the system. How you relate to what arises—during or after session—is part of your own process of integration, reflection, and self-awareness.

True healing is supported through presence, discernment, and a willingness to engage with what is revealed, rather than outsourcing meaning-making. This includes taking responsibility for your responses, your choices, and how you choose to engage with your process beyond the session.

This work is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or emergency care.

The Foundation of This Work

This work is built on pacing, consent, and nervous system awareness.

You are not here to be fixed. You are here to be supported in reconnecting with your own internal signals, at a pace your system can actually integrate.
